Hello friends,
My favorite part of being a cake designer is seeing our clients' excited reactions when they view their cake for the first time. An experienced baker, I've taken several courses in cake design and completed an internship at Planet Cake in Sydney, Australia. I became a full-time cake artist there before returning to the United States and Kansas City in 2008. My background in studio art and landscape architecture gives me insight into designing and working in three dimensions and taught me to pay attention to even the smallest of details (because they matter). I currently work with a small staff in Kansas City to create exquisite cakes for your special occasions.
